CARTA RESPONSIVA
Por medio de la presente, manifiesto que libero a Kenpo International, al Prof. Erick Alfaro Soto, a Alfa Kenpo, al IDEA, a la FNMK, a los organizadores del IMACK 2025 y Reunión de Lobos, así como a todos los promotores de los diferentes circuitos, y a cualquier persona asociada con este evento en cualquier capacidad, de toda responsabilidad civil, penal o de cualquier índole derivada de accidentes, lesiones o fallecimiento que pudieran ocurrir como consecuencia de mi participación y/o asistencia en el evento.
Asimismo, autorizo el uso libre de mi imagen en fotografías, videos, grabaciones de audio o cualquier otro medio en el que pueda aparecer, con fines de promoción o difusión del evento, sin que ello implique derecho a compensación económica alguna, en el presente o en el futuro.
Entiendo claramente que este deporte y competencia implican contacto físico y acepto los riesgos que ello conlleva. Declaro que he leído, comprendido y aceptado las reglas de competencia establecidas por Kenpo International, y asumo la total responsabilidad en caso de incumplirlas.
Declaro, además, que soy consciente de mi estado físico y mental, y certifico que me encuentro en condiciones aptas para participar en el torneo. Entiendo que se podrá solicitar un acta de nacimiento o pasaporte para efectos de validación en torneos de Kenpo International, IMAKC y FNMK.
Al aceptar esta responsiva, confirmo mi conformidad y aceptación plena de lo aquí estipulado.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By accepting this waiver, I hereby release Kenpo International, Prof. Erick Alfaro Soto, Alfa Kenpo, IDEA, FNMK, the organizers of IMACK 2025 and Reunión de Lobos, as well as all promoters of the different circuits, and any person associated with this event in any capacity, from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from accidents, injuries, or death that may occur as a result of my participation and/or attendance at the event.
I also grant full permission for the use of my image in photographs, videos, audio recordings, or any other media in which I may appear, for the purposes of promotion or dissemination of the event, without any right to financial compensation, now or in the future.
I fully understand that this sport and competition involve physical contact, and I knowingly accept all risks involved. I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and accepted the competition rules established by Kenpo International, and I assume full responsibility in case of any violation of these rules.
Furthermore, I declare that I am fully aware of my physical and mental condition and certify that I am fit to participate in the tournament. I also understand that a birth certificate or passport may be required for validation in tournaments organized by Kenpo International, IMAKC, and FNMK.
By accepting this waiver, I confirm my full agreement and acceptance of all the terms stated herein.
